The hotel was absolutely terrible. The rooms were extremely hot, with no air conditioning, and there were cockroaches everywhere — on the stairs, in the bathrooms, and throughout the rooms. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. My son was so scared that he was afraid to sleep. The overall condition of the hotel was completely unacceptable and a total disaster. We would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I suppose you get what you pay for. Food is ok and drinks are reasonably priced for half board. No air-conditioning in rooms with 35 degree heat. Staff are friendly and cleaners are very good. Courtesy room on last day is a bit of a dump and this is the first hotel I have ever been to that when you check out at 12 you can't eat in the canteen unless you pay, even though our pickup was after 7pm. All In all it's upto you, if you want cheap and cheerful this is OK. Anything else book another hotel. Top tip, buses run every 15 mins to las americas, cost is about 4.50 euros for family of 3 and return till 2am.
