The food is very disappointing and there are a lot of flies in the restaurant. Rooms are big, beds are made of concrete. The bathroom can have a very good cleaning session. In the morning you must put your towel on a bed, otherwise you have no place to sleep. All the drinks are in paper cups. Had a nice holiday otherwise.

Pool loungers at 8 in the morning full of towels to mark. Weak food in the restaurant full of flies. Restaurant floor very dirty. For a 4-star hotel, this is very strange

Absolutely don’t come here. Flies on all the food. Been here 4 days complained many times and apparently they are talking to pest control but nothing has changed and other reviews here and on Facebook state the fly problem has been ongoing for months at least, yet the hotel are still serving food which has multiple flies on it. Mostly a German hotel, pool is ok but no pool bar food accept sandwiches. Entertainment is a bit pants. Singer tonight was good. Food is very samey each night. All Inc bar of an evening has a bit queue and I lyn1 person working it. Definitely won’t be back! My advise book somewhere else! The photos I’ve added are over each meal time each day Thursday-Sunday. This is a snap shot of 5/ 10 min being in the restaurant. The food is out for much longer than the time I spent each time taking photos so you can imagine how many time and how many flies are landing on all the food !!
