Small boutique resort, nice, family friendly Rated as 2 stars but you almost get 4 stars sleep quality, bedding, food, service All rooms have Air Conditioning which is a plus, you don't usually have AC's at 2 stars hotel. Food is tasty and not repetitive. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bartender/waiter Pedro, who is 64 years old he is the best at Oasis Club Maspalomas he works like an octopus, literally he is everywhere. Pedro is the hard worker and deserves promotion from his managers. Many young people who can not work hard/fast as Pedro. God bless him. I could not say that is a 2 stars hotel. It is a solid 3 stars instead! I strongly recommend you to book for superior terraced room which is located top floor due to having limited sunbeds in front of pool. All Terraced room has two sunbeds exclusively. Ground floored rooms have not terrace and sunbeds. Only downside, hotel water pipes provides de-salinated water which is half salty, i think lower classes hotels has no decent water filtration.

Lovely clean hotel... Devaugn the animation star was amazing with the girls !! He really made them feel included... Food pretty basic but caters for everyone.. Pedro 1,2 and 3 were very welcome and friendly behind the bar.

Hotel was really good especially the entertainment with Devaughn who was really helpful and great with kids. Would definitely visit again

Hotel was lovely clean and so friendly. The entertainment guy devaughn was lovely friendly funny and made our hoilday and especially my 3 year old son he loved him! Lovely man and the restaurant and bar staff were amazing.
