A 2 nights stay with my wife, leisure travel. On the second evening the room key must be recoded, a few minutes at the reception. Half an hour later the reception calls saying " I just realized you didn't pay whilst checking in, so I'll come up to your room tò take the payment". "No you won't, my wife and me are intro the shower at the moment....by the way we are leaving tomorrow morning and we'll pay tomorrow morning" Is my answer. "You must pay now". "Are you saying that I have tò re-dress and come down to pay now?" "You must pay now". So I re-dress and go down to the receptionist, a mr Vladyslav, to vhom I say that it's unbelievable that a business oriented four star hotel can't wait until tomorrow morning to receive a payment that nobody has requested me until now. The answer Is "your booking rules clearly state that you have tò pay at your arrival". That's correct and I pay, so that I'm complaint with the rules... But what Is clearly stated Is that all you care for Is not your guests satisfation or nice staying or whatsoever: all you care for Is the payment. Well done mr Vladyslav, your HR manager will be proud of you. I, as a paying guest, have a differenti opinion. Never see you again

I stayed in this hotel for three nights while in Poland. I had no issues checking in. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevator was fast. There was a some noise from the street. They have a water cooler in the hallway for free water, which was my favorite aspect of the hotel. They are about a 20 minute walk from Warsaw Central Station. They are about a 45 minute walk from the old town.

Positives - Clean room Varied choices at breakfast Pleasant reception staff Underground parking Negatives - Free cosmetics comprised liquid soap in dispenser, nothing else Double room, only one pair of slippers Bar with impressive ceiling to floor array of drinks. Lobby signs cocktail bar, high expectations On request we were told there is no cocktail menu but the barmaid will help compose something. Her only suggestion for non alcoholic fruit cocktail was alcohol free wine with juice. Irish coffee available but no cream available. Very large cold area with zero atmosphere.

Wonderful hotel and super service minded personell. Had a little issue with our duvet and they have us a new room straight away! 4.9 rating and I would absolutely recommend the hotel🤩
