Excellent place. We are a family of 6 people in 2 Suites for one here. The resort is magic . The most friendly staff ever . The cleaning is really fine all around the facilities and we feel amazing .

This hotel is simply amazing. I would like to especially thank the bartenders Alexander and Artem, they do their job 200%. I would also like to thank the waiters Zhenya and Denis, they do their job at the highest level. The hotel was very clean and very fun. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking about where to stay.

I have had an amazing time, the hotel has been nothing but perfect. Good vibes and a good atmosphere. I would especially like to thank Michael Owen at the main reception for the great help and friendly smile.

Outstanding Hospitality and service

Not a 5* more like 2*. Arrived as a family of 3 with a baby. Paid for balcony with garden view but did not get that on arrival. Instead got a dark room with air con that didn’t work with balcony looking on towards someone else’s room. We asked to move rooms and they said they didn’t have any available, so requested my money back. Once I had requested my money back they suddenly had another room available- “best room in the hotel” I was told. Room was much better but still basic. I had requested a travel cot before arrival which they agreed, but none in room ready for when we arrived so had to ask again. Weirdly provided a kettle and mugs but didn’t provide tea/coffee/sugar etc to make anything with considering we had paid for a 5* all inclusive. Food very average. Meals very similar each day. Desserts not worth the calories. Staff do not look like they want to work there, no “hello” or smiles. They do not put on enough buses to take you to the town of Mythos. It was a constant fight to get on them which was not ideal in the heat with a baby. Once we were on board we got told off by driver for having baby on our lap, yet did not provide car seats and other babies were on board who were also on laps of adults. If hotel is accepting infants then they should provide car seats on transfer down to the beach rather than moan and make guests feel unwelcome. Last bus back to hotel from beach at 5:30pm so no time to go out for evening meal if you wanted to. Drinks served in single use plastic cups and straws- not environmentally friendly. One positive- I requested a birthday cake for my husband’s birthday and they made one for us free of charge.
