This hotel is great. Has a funky vibe to it with great breakfast and food choices. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is modern. Really happy with the value of the hotel, great location. No noise at night, you might hear the odd car drive past but nothing major. Really close to the centre of Gdansk. The rooms and hotel is also very clean. I want to say a special thanks to Paulina and Patryyia (Parycia) ((I hope I have spelt there name right😂)) In my opinion they provided the best service in the hotel. Both great looking girls with great personalities, always willing to help with service and provide a great smile to go with it. These 2 deserve a promotion or pay rise, they are great workers for ibis, passionate about the job they do. I’d invite them to England anytime. They represent Poland to tourists as a great first impression of the polish people. Thank you girls, i really wish you both well x
I insisted with my boyfriend that we go to the Ibis, I was immediately attracted to the hotel looking at the photos and I must admit that it doesn't look like a two-star, but a five-star: welcome cocktail, water dispenser on every floor, huge rooms, daily room cleaning, possibility of getting extra towels just by asking, huge shower, very cute view, super comfortable beds, play area for children and adults, central location, in short, highly recommended. I advise the hotel to add bidets, non-slip mats for the shower, and use more recent smart TVs. Excellent stay. I insisted that my boyfriend and I stay at the Ibis; I was immediately drawn to the hotel after seeing the photos, and I have to admit it doesn't feel like a two-star hotel, but rather a five-star one: a welcome cocktail, water dispensers on every floor, huge rooms, daily housekeeping, the option to request extra towels, a massive shower, a lovely view, super comfortable beds, a play area for both kids and adults, and a central location—in short, highly recommended. I would suggest that the hotel add bidets and non-slip shower mats, and upgrade to newer smart TVs. An excellent stay.
The hotel is perfectly located. The room was clean and cozy. I appreciate the water fountain on the floor and the carafe and glasses in the room to take advantage of this little amenity. The breakfast had a nice assortment of items. Finally, the cost was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going the Gdansk.
