It is a hotel that lacks maintenance and they also don't worry about the cleanliness of the pool and its surroundings. At night you can hear a lot of noise from the young people. They didn't even have the courtesy at the front desk to put a do not disturb sign on the doors because the cleaning lady just opens the door without asking. I have been to hotels that I haven't liked, but this one takes the prize for the worst.

Welcome by Nico was great, very professional! We had a pool-view suite that looked clean at first glance!!! We stayed 9 nights. So if you have an SUV, there is no parking for you; it will be outside with a ticket to renew every 4 hours max at €5.60 because the hotel parking lot cannot accommodate vehicles over 1.70m high, and I hope you are one of those who like hiking because the village and the tourist area are located below the heights of Salou—to be walked back up, of course! The bathroom with a broken door that doesn't really close because of an old sliding mechanism! Furniture that is heavily damaged and would be good to replace! Cleanliness with a quick daily pass due to a lack of staff or provided equipment; an investment should be considered—what is management doing? Total lack of entertainment, both on the pool side and the abandoned spa on the top floor! Stained hallways with the same crumbs for 10 days! Think about an antiseptic soap because with everything lying at the bottom and on the surface of the pool water, I wonder if the maintenance worker really has any knowledge of maintenance on this subject, because are water tests in the presence of people really effective!!?!! The pool trash can was left abandoned for 2 days to the point of vomiting its own waste. Towels distributed every day with stains or torn—a real treat!! And if you are here for rest, I advise you to invest in earplugs because the hallways are not soundproofed; you will be lulled by the snoring from the room next door or the completely drunk nocturnal guests looking for their room—in short, not the image of Pierre et Vacances.

We stayed one night at this hotel, on a bed and breakfast basis. A very basic hotel. The receptionist was very kind and had good intentions. We asked for a room change to one with a better view, and they made the change for us without any problem. They also let us check into the room early. These details are appreciated because normally, they make you wait. But they got confused about our days of stay. They had a record of 4 days, when we had only paid for one night....We were not on the breakfast list, and they had to fix it for us... The breakfast was average. One elevator was not working and since we were on the 6th floor, the other elevator was always busy. The hotel has paid parking. To get to the beach you have to walk a little. The room was fine. Leak at the front desk....
