Our stay has been really very pleasant. We found the accommodation comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained, but if there is one thing we want to highlight especially, it is the attention from the dining room staff. From the first moment, they made us feel at home, always with a smile, kindness, and a huge willingness to help. Their warm and attentive treatment made every meal even more special. You can tell when a team works with care and professionalism, and they convey it in every detail. We want to especially thank María and Fali for their dedication, their patience, and that very human treatment that makes the difference. Without a doubt, they have contributed a lot to making our experience so positive. We are leaving with a very good memory of the accommodation. Thank you very much for everything and we hope to return! Totally recommended....

My experience at FirstFlatotel Benalmádena has been very disappointing. The room was very old and gave a clear feeling of lack of maintenance. The furniture was worn out and the general condition did not correspond to what I expected. The worst part was the bathroom, which had visible dampness and a neglected appearance, something that is very unpleasant in a hotel establishment. Cleanliness and maintenance should be a priority, and in this case they leave much to be desired. In general, the hotel conveys an image of abandonment and needs an urgent renovation. The value for money did not seem adequate to me and, after this experience, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to other people.

Good parking, but limited. Restaurant we do not use, conditions for own meals. Nice bar and with animations day yes day no. Very good assistance. There was a partition in the shower. After complaining, it was was observed the same day. Thank you.
