When we arrived at the hotel we were taken to some self catering apparent on the other side of the bay. When we questioned it we got met with "room allocation is done by checking out staff, we as checking in staff can't do anything to help you as we don't know". We came back the next day to find our room had been double booked and we couldn't get it until three days into out seven night stay, though the initial said two. When we eventually got to our room it was very nice, spacious, clean, and well ventilated. Hotel has multiple good pool and sun lounging facilities however pool bars seemed to open late and shut early, ranging 5-30 minutes and sometimes were unstaffed. Food was nice at the all inclusive restaurant however lacked ranged and wasn't rotated well day by day so became a bit samey towards the end of the trip. Location is brilliant, less than five minutes walk from most places you'll need in the village. This would have been a three start review if they were upfront and honest about our room issue, and a four star if it didn't happen in the first place and their was more range and rotation of the food at the all inclusive.

We had a lovely stay and a lovely room with a lovely view. Amazing location and freindly staff. I will be definitely coming back.

Rooms are shocking. Eating at the hotel was like feeding time at the zoo. The amount of stairs is silly. Staff was very nice. The village is lovely. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Absolutely terrible if you're looking to keep fit definitely visit the amount of steps and hills unbelievable,food not up to much not much variety, drinks were warm, not much entertainment and not a lot to do there as the area is very remote, on the plus side very scenic and your guaranteed the weather, in view definitely a no go

Fantastic resort with very welcoming staff and amazing views from the rooms and the bars. Big pools with new sunbeds and umbrellas . The village is beautiful.
