We had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious, the bay was beautiful, and the sea was amazing. We really enjoyed our time here. > The only small disadvantages were that bottled drinking water had to be purchased separately and the sun loungers on the beach were not included. It would be great if these could be included in the future. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would be happy to come back! ❤️

Was here at bali beach village with my daughter on the 10/9/26 till the 24/9/26 as soon as I walked in the reception was told we had to pay a €70 hotel tax very abruptly then a guy gave us the key and said come with me we went over the rd up a load of steps the to our room this park is the village part so we had to come over the rd to the restaurant next morning got up and went over for breakfast the breakfast was very poor I got a spoon full of scrambled eggs with some tomatoes the scrambled egg was cold and like rubber lukewarm basic food no labels on the food so u had to make a guess to what it was deserts every meal was water melons dry sliced orange and apples and repetitive so that put me off eating in their the rest of the week we had a fridge in our room so we went to a local supermarket got cream crackers and tomatoes cheese and other items so we didnt go hungry went out for food snacks bar down by the pool staff were rude the service was inconsistent the cocktail drinks if that's what they call them was like fizzy pop no alcohol in them only one choice of beer *CLEANLINESS* DIRTY Lots of little flies worms can only guess coming from the shower as that's where the first one was the other in the room cobwebs above the air conditioning unit and on the wall and was still there when we left 2 weeks later pictures of the hotel are very deceiving the location is fabulous pool area good but the hotel and food let this down very badly sunbeds you have to be up before the Germans to get a sun lounger this hotel leaves alot to be desired if you have mobility issues thus hotel has lots of steps avoid at all cost

The location is excellent, close to the sea, with a beautiful view. However, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired considering the amount of money we paid. There were several shortcomings, particularly when it came to cleanliness, the food, and access to the beach. The website states that the hotel offers an all-inclusive package and access to the beach. However, the problem is that you are required to pay €20 per person for a sunbed and €45 for a beach cabana. The sunbeds and the beach itself are operated by Mythos, a restaurant and venue attached to the hotel. It honestly feels like a business designed to charge you extra for everything. The food is the same every day, and there are hardly any desserts. The rooms look decent; at least mine was perfectly fine. However, other guests had rooms with mold, a lot of dirt, cracked walls, and considerable disorganization. Another issue is the main restaurant. Whenever it rains, water gets inside and runs down the walls, which is definitely not what you would expect from a hotel of this price. The hotel looks great in the pictures, but in reality, you are left with a bitter taste when you realize that you paid for an all-inclusive stay, yet end up spending another €1,500+ on the beach and on buying decent food from outside because the hotel’s food is not up to standard. Overall, the location and views are beautiful, but the experience does not match the price or what is advertised as an all-inclusive stay.
