It has newly renovated facilities which offer the services of an excellent Resort and a professional sports complex. Situated at 5min walking from Albir Beach and to 500 metres of the center.Services inclused: - In buffet, lunch and dinner: house wine, sangria, soft drinks, water, tea, 2 theme nights per week - When the restaurant is closed: sandwich, hot dog, hamburguers, chips - At Bars: house wine, sangria, local beer, local spirits (gin, vodka, whisky, rum, brandy) ONLY ADULTS. Water, tea, coffee, soft drinks and ice-lollys, only one drink at the time- Sport zone (until 5.00 p.m) sauna, Turkish bath and gym (older than 14 years of age), tennis court, ping pong, bowls, volley ball, dards, pitch and putt

Good hotel needing a refurb enjoyed our holiday but self catering is not well catered for lack of utensils only one ring working on hub .Had to remind them to clean and change beds after 9 days . Also they allow three bus loads of teens to holiday there very loud rude and up at all hours of the night .I never seen any adult supervision left to do what ever they wanted . And on a arrival rude male member of staff who told me nothing about the amenities of the hotel or cleaning routine or to show us on a map or diagram where our apartment was just a point with the hand . I observed the female members of staff checking people in and out what a difference very happy to help using a map and helping guests to find there apartments I understand there is or might be a language barrier but manners are universal.
The entertainers at this resort are full of respect and treat everyone equally. Big shoutout to Manel and Nico. They all are so good when it comes to the kid entertainment, they involve everyone.
Returned home late last night .. my honest review. Booked last minute with Jet2Holiday. Self catering for less than £800 for 7 nights. Good flight transfer allocated an apartment in the main block ( I had emailed the hotel requesting this). Clean basic apartment overlooking the front of the hotel .Beds comfy , English TV channels , clean towels / bedding and a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook . 2 small gripes - no safe in the room and non available in reception but we managed to hide our valuables. Our room was only cleaned once the whole week despite putting the sticker on the door . The pool area was good always got a sunbed hired a mat from the charity shop opposite.Pool good but a little cold. Amazing restaurants/ bars in Albir/ Altea . Friendly staff in all areas will definitely return.
