Our first time to Benidorm and we’ve loved it. The staff were friendly from our arrival and we took advantage of upgrading our room to one with a balcony (highly recommended). We came armed with ear plugs after reading the reviews, but honestly didn’t need them. The room was clean and had ample space. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing, especially as we were seeing temperatures of 30+. We didn’t book for breakfast, as there are so many cafes right outside the hotel, so can’t comment, but we were able to add breakfast on the day, if we wanted. The hotel is ideally located and prime location. We didn’t see many children, but probably because they are staying in the hotels with pools and more family entertainment. If you are looking for friendly staff, a good location and cleanness, then this is a good choice. I’m basing this on our experience and we will definitely be back. The local bars, super markets, cafes have been great, the beach within walking distance, where we paid 18 euros for 2 sun loungers and a parasol for the day and it was a lovely day. We walked to the harbour and booked a boat tour to Calpe, although they do other trips too, so well worth a walk to enquire. Lovely little shops, coffee at €1.50 and beer at €2 you can’t go wrong.

Stayed here wouldn't stay again as room was robbed staff wasn't nice manager just wasn't arsed bout it I spoke to others in hotel who all so ad stuff taken from there rooms so avoid at all cost u can find better for around same price in same area it no good if u av kids as nothing for them in hotel at all to do

Great hotel in the heart of the old town perfect location .we had a room with a balcony . Was noisy but not really a problem for us . As enjoy sitting people watching with a little drink at the end of our night room was very clean beds comfortable . Perfect location for us 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to a variety of restaurants. Would definitely stay again . I emailed the hotel a couple of weeks in advance to request a balcony and it wasn’t a problem 20 euro charge per night which we found worth it . The transfer bus drops you off a 7 minute walk away and again it was manageable.
