Great location but hotel is vast small especially the pool looks nothing like the pictures bad entertainment arrived at 11 am for 2 rooms to be told that wouldn’t be ready to 5 pm the food is really bad breakfast is cold daily and the chicken isn’t cooked we had to eat out every day as the food was so bad staff friendly and rooms where ok but wouldn’t stay again as it’s to small and definitely not a 4 star food is dreadful

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, as it’s very close to everything, including the beach. Apart from that, I honestly can’t think of any positives. There were very long queues just to get a sun lounger by the pool. I have never experienced anything like it before. The person working around the pool area was also extremely rude and spoke to guests in a completely inappropriate manner. I was badly bitten by something all over my legs. I was not the only person either. From what I heard while speaking to other guests, a lot of people had also been bitten. I will only find out what it was once I return to the UK and see my GP. As for the food, it was often cold and nothing special. I would say that breakfast was probably the only decent meal. The rest was very basic and disappointing. The rooms appeared clean at first glance, but there was a horrible smell and I have no idea where it was coming from. The mattresses were dirty, there was hair in the bathroom and hair in the bed linen. I could go on and list many more things. The entertainment was completely dead. There was only one male member of the animation team who was really nice, very funny, and genuinely tried to cheer the guests up and create some atmosphere. I would never come back to this hotel. It is definitely not worth the price, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend paying extra for an all-inclusive package. I do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a 4 night stay in July. Very clean and pleasant hotel. Nice pool area and facilities. Room was good with handy storage, fridge and air con, bath and shower. Pool area was great but busy. Good location, not too far to walk from beach. Sensible price for the time we stayed too. Would stay again.
