What a diabolical holiday through EasyJet. Bar closed and Pool bar closed. Signs on balconies warning guests not a hotel and pool no good. First day tried the Pool thousands of tiles missing sharp edges slimy floor grout black and green with algae. Closed poll on 2nd day EasyJet took 7 days to answer our complaint. Had to travel to other Hotels to use the Pool at our expense. Refurbishments of room shocking noise and unknown type of dust floating around. Pool area’s completely shut off and fenced to hide mini digger dumper truck breaking the pool up hydraulic pick to break rebar. Some days drilling and concrete breaking until 9.00 pm. I won’t go any further as I am now working on our complaint.

No pool area including garden, sundowners or anywhere to sit, no pool builders all over, drilling of the pool all fenced off.. no restaurant or bar areas.. currently sat on a bench on the front of the hotel. Residents also in this hotel with dogs barking and banners on balcony saying this is not a hotel. Staff are friendly and polite.. but the hotel has zero going on . Literally a hostal sutuation. Carpets and corridors are ruined with dust all over the carpets from builders. Book anywhere else.

The staff is really kind, attentive, and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. Missing some kitchen utensils (forks, knives) but it has a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. The blackout curtains do not go to the bottom of the window and let in the morning light. Downside regarding the noise. The hotel itself is quiet, but the outside is very noisy and the windows do not soundproof at all. A major negative point regarding the pool in very poor condition; it was, by the way, closed for renovations during our stay, so we were not able to enjoy it until the end. Too bad. Overall, a very good hotel; I recommend it.
