Great holiday lovely hotel The food and restaurant was excellent plus beer and wine was free at the evening meal large hotel so there was always somewhere to sit or lay plenty of sun beds , Good location and lovely staff I would have liked a double bed not two singles put together The room was large we was on the 4 TH floor only 4 floors in the hotel The lift was no problem It is a family hotel but the time of year we went only a couple of family’s Would I go back again Yes if l could have a double bed

Lovely clean hotel. Staff are very polite and attentive. Great size rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely tasty food with a great selection although not a great selection of sauces, so food can be a bit dry and bland, bechamel sauce, barbecue sauce, green sauce, meat sauce were not nice tasting, pepper sauce was nice but it was only available for 2 meals out of the 7 days at this hotel. One evening meal, there was chicken, beef, veg, mashed potato etc to make a lovely dinner but only sauce available was barbecue or hollandaise, no gravy at all so had to have s dry dinner. Evening entertainment was awful, with karaoke, acrobatic dancers, flamenco dancers and quizzes. We had one good evening out of 7 and this was a music quiz. the other nights were awful. Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Lovely market just across the road on Wednesday and Saturday. The pool area was small with penty of sunbeds and umbrellas although this was cramped as too many sunbeds crammed in, so you were rubbing elbows with the person to the side of you and had no space between beds. Also all beds gone by 8.30 am even though pool does not open until 10 am. They did have a grassy terrce area just around the corner from the pool that had more space,but it was right next to the childrens play area so could be noisy there. There was a lovely adults only area around the corner with a jacuzzi and a great selection of balconeze beds, although some had covers so you could have some shade, some didn't and there were no umbrellas in this area, so you were in full sun all day. The only drinks available at this area is water, there was a self service beer, wine and soft drinks dispener, as in the pool bar and restaurant but this wasn't switched on, so you had to walk to the pool bar for drinks which did let it down. I understand that the drinks were for guests staying on all inclusive and not bed and breakfast or half board and this is probably why they were not avaiable, but then there should be a chip on your all inclusive wrist band that allows people on all inclusive only access to drinks. This area was supposed to open at 10am, although 3 mornings out of the 7 we had to queue and it wasn't unlocked until sometimes 10.30 and it still closed at 6 pm which is way too early to close it off. I would not return again due to the courtesy shower area being like a communal changing room at a rugby or football club and not a pleasant area to shower and dress. The lack of drinks available at the adult only section other than water, no umbrellas at this section and a regimented closing time of 6pm which should be 7 or 8 pm. Also whilst we were there, there was a spanish family with 2 children who were in this section using the jacuzzi and obviously did not read the signs or chose to ignore them and they were not asked to leave by any of the staff that walked past on numerous occasions, even though it was meant for adults only. The lack of good evening entertainment, and the worst cocktails i have ever had, these are all made up and do not look or taste as they should, tried them all and coudn't find one that i liked. Also although there is Fanta lemon available it was always clear with no taste at each meal at the restaurant, it was never replaced when empty.
