This Hotel is not 4 star. Food was ok. 95% of Guests are Spanish. Only 2 lifts which are very busy. Restaurant is extremely busy. People pushing in etc. The pool area is filthy at the end of the day as guests are too lazy to bin thier left over food and drinks. Big rush at 9am for sun loungers with people using plastic chairs around the pool to secure thier spot before the sun loungers chain gets took off at 9. Good location but pool area is far too small for the amount of guests. Pool bar could do with being larger and more than 2 staff as they need to constantly go through the back for glasses etc.

Absolutely vile filthy hotel! 4*??? More like 2!! The photos speak volumes for themselves! Please please please save your money and find elsewhere!

First of all, I must say that I expected more from your hotel; we were quite disappointed 1. In the bathrooms, all the water leaks out of the showers 2. The bus is a half-service; it drops you off at the beach in the morning, but in the afternoon there is no service to the beach, so we had to use the city bus. 3. The food is not bad, but it lacks a bit more variety. 4. This is the most important thing: the elevators are the worst part of the hotel. If you are on the 7th or 8th floor, you have to wait quite a while. There are only 2 elevators for the whole building, imagine that, and if you bring a baby stroller, only you fit, and only if the stroller is not very big because the elevator is very small, and all this in September; I cannot imagine in the middle of July and August.
