Location is excellent - right behind the marina where there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops. Beach is less than 5 minutes walk, and close to bus routes and taxi rank. It's a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. There's a back door which exits right behind the marina - but unfortunately close to a bin store. The rooms are fine. Clean and big enough with wardrobes for storage. Bathroom is ok too, although an extra shelf or two would be good. The hotel was busy when we were there (fully occupied for at least part of the time), but no issues with noise, sunlounger access etc. Space at the outside bar is limited and fills up quickly at night. Evening entertainment is of mixed quality. One or two of the visiting musical acts were ok, but there a few nights when it's a quiz and there was a karaoke night. Animations team is small - usually one member on - and they try hard. Although there are plenty of sunloungers, there are a limited number of parasols, and none at all in the grassed area - room of improvement there. Pool is ok, but probably not ideal for kids - no ball games allowed etc. Food at the restaurant was mixed - excellent breakfast, lunch ok, dinner very average. No issues getting served at the bar, a few minutes wait at worst, and I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Overall - decent hotel in a great location, and I'd be happy to go back.

2nd time at this hotel and we absolutely love it! the location is perfect, hotel is very clean and reception always smells nice! Grounds are constantly maintained. Stayed room only and all inclusive. Enjoyed the food and drinks (only 2 cocktails on all inclusive and they didn’t change) but couldn’t fault the food the amount of desserts in the restaurant was impressive. always lots of choice and the soup was delicious! Pool snack bar toasties are also yum! The staff make this hotel. From the reception to restaurant/bar staff to life guard to cleaners to management… they are all absolute super stars!! so friendly and helpful! We can’t wait to come back next year! We wanted a matching holiday tattoo and decided to go with the palm tree that’s the logo of the hotel! See you next year!

An amazing holiday,very very clean hotel,all the staff are very very friendly and can't do enough for you as a guest.The food is plentiful and a good verity,the alcohol is good as well.The location is excellent as well to the shops and the Marina.I well return again to this hotel soon
