This hotel has the potential to be great but it has been neglected. We stayed for 8 days & the first impression was awful, the older room they put us in was next to the kitchen and was awful it was like a dungeon. They moved us the following day which had we been given the newer room on arrival it probably would haven’t been so bad, but after travelling for so long & then given a room that was dark & dirty it was insulting particularly when you’ve worked & saved for a holiday. On the plus side the staff are friendly, the food & service in the restaurant was good and the room once changed was decent, also the entertainment was good & inclusive but I wonder why they squeeze it into the tiny area by the bar & pool. There is so much space in this hotel to use. However in all, this place needs a hotel manager, some of the rooms need retiring immediately, as does the spa, also the outside table chairs are old and in desperate need of a deep clean & cushions & wicker chairs thrown out. The place is really lacking a good clean, in the evening the bar staff wiped the chairs and table but they were still dirty. I only saw the room cleaners & one day a cleaner wiping the glass along the stair case, but no other cleaners around the hotel at all, daily cleaning of this hotel is required. The pool was small and although they put a cleaning machine in at night it looked dirty & uninviting. Overall we made the best of the time but would not return. There are plenty of hotels that are not modern but have high standards in hygiene & cleanliness. This hotel is not one of them.

Perfect hotel. Very beautiful room. Impeccable restaurant. Perfect cleanliness. I do not understand the negative comments.

Absolutely not recommend led the pool is small and no floaties allowed! The bathrooms are dirty and not kept dry my husband fell down stairs as he slipped , changing the baby . The baby change is full of soil . Not to mention the spa !! WHAT SPA .. the pool playlist was repeating one bob marley CD ALL WEEK !! The chef was dripping sweat and his dna was all over my burger and chips .. it’s easily a 2 star .. the all inclusive was not we paid for a Safe key, the mini fridge was empty Paid for a kettle to boil water for the baby To order a drink at the bar at night , would get you one drink .. this is a good location but the hotel WAS DISCUSSING.. it’s a no and stay away from on us . The spa had nothing working mold in steam room , it was smelly and no one used it
