A truly great place as far as I'm concerned. I had booked a superior apartment and we got an apartment of about 50 m2 with a separate bedroom and kitchen. And a very large balcony. It's a small apartment hotel with about 35 apartments, I think. So yes, there are a few cracked tiles in the bathroom or the kitchen, a bit of wear and tear due to time. And the balcony floor didn't have exactly the same tile. But honestly, nothing to run away from. The towels are changed every 2 days, the beds are made too, and the trash is emptied for us. And it smells clean when you arrive. The reception team is helpful. I received the information requested for my stay. And the pool is the little extra something. No sea view from our apartment, but the beach is 200 meters away 🙂 A small note for the team: some families do not respect the pool. We had 2 days where children were eating in the water...without the parents reacting...and swimming in the middle of chips is not great... Maybe reminding some people of the rules would be welcome for everyone's well-being. In any case, I will go back if I return there.

Proximity to the beach and the cleaning service have been the best part of our stay Fourth floor with no elevator!!! Having to carry suitcases, backpacks, chairs, and umbrellas up and down four floors with small children using the stairs. A nightmare!!! At the front desk, it is advertised that because you are staying there, you get a free coffee or soft drink at a nearby bar; after going specifically for it, we found that the conditions are different and it is on the second drink. Please, clear and correct information!! For the price we paid, it is not worth it in terms of value for money.

Nice place to stay, not the ritz but it’s what’s needed for a cheapish place to stay
