Overall, we had a good stay. The site is very beautiful, very nice pool. The proximity to the airport as well as Athens and other sites to visit are strong points of this hotel. On the other hand, the weak points are the buffet (the quality of the products is average and the dishes are often the same); we also found the hotel to be aging and the cleanliness, especially in the outdoor areas, not always great. As for the Fram entertainers, nothing to complain about. Everyone very nice and available. Last thing to clarify, there isn't really a beach. It's a seawall but swimming is still possible, of course.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right for me at all. For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected significantly more. The terrace at the à la carte restaurant was particularly disappointing. The chair cushions looked heavily worn and were partially dirty, including bird droppings. The tables were not really clean either. When we wanted to eat in the evening, we first had to look for a table that was reasonably clean. In some cases, there were even full ashtrays still on the tables. Overall, the outdoor area unfortunately did not make a particularly well-maintained impression. I also found the selection in the restaurant rather disappointing, especially since there were hardly any or no vegetarian options available. The room was basically fine and the bathroom good, but overall the hotel and its furnishings seemed a bit dated and, for me, not at the level I would expect from a 5-star hotel at this price. When I asked about the spa, I could not be helped at first. I think that hotel staff should at least know about the most important facilities. Furthermore, it was surprising to me that the use of the spa area is not included in the hotel price, but must be paid for separately, as the facility apparently does not belong directly to the hotel. For a night before departure, the hotel is generally practical due to its proximity to the airport. However, at this price, I would consider whether it is really worth what is offered. Unfortunately, I was disappointed overall.

Thank you for this excellent time! The hotel is very pleasant, but above all, a big bravo to Issam, Rocco, Romain, Clélie, and Inès from the entertainment team, who were wonderful from start to finish. A dynamic, smiling, warm team that is always attentive to our needs. The activities were varied and the atmosphere was great! Thanks to the whole team for these beautiful moments and for making our stay even more pleasant. We will return with great pleasure!
