Very positive experience, highly qualified staff; Giorgia's willingness to help me and the welcome from Romina and Joana make it worth coming. The rooms are perfect and the breakfast buffet is super, super good. I stayed with my dachshund and they give you a dog bed, some kibble, a bowl, and water; I recommend it 🐶💝

Very disappointing stay. The staff was unfriendly and barely spoke English, making communication difficult. The rooms were not clean, the hotel is very noisy and the breakfast was mediocre. During dinner, dirty plates were not cleared in time. The most annoying thing was the way I was treated. I felt strongly that I was being treated differently from other guests, which felt like profiling to me. It made me feel totally unwelcome. For me, this was not a pleasant experience. I will not be coming back here again and do not recommend this hotel to other visitors either.
