room was terrible. shower runs hot and cold. no clean towels for 3 days. Food is the worst i have ever had on an all inclusive holiday. Staff are grumpy. Not anything good to say about the resort. Just don’t come here.
EasyJet sold this to us as a 4 star but it’s a 3 star (barely). Food terrible and limited availability for an all inclusive. No snacks available outside of meal times. No food catered to young children. Rooms old air con and showers not working properly. They won’t change towels or bedding unless 3 days have passed (even if a child has been sick on the sheets) They close the all inclusive whatever time they like generally 9pm. The place is dead after 9pm - no drinks or entertainment. Only plus point is the Pool area is nice . We’ve heard from other guests they ask people to leave good reviews in exchange for a day all inclusive. We are having to eat out everyday with 4 teens which is costing us a fortune especially when we thought we wouldn’t need to eat out being all inclusive. I would not wish this hotel on anyone! Even on a budget.
Nice hotel. We had a great time at this hotel. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. And the pool was amazing. Kiki and her team were professional and prepared a wonderful buffet for all the guests! The hotel is close the buzzing little town but also quiet.
