Please don’t expect to see a smile from the staff on your stay and eat the same low quality food everyday, only staff member that had any type of good service was a young man called Mohammed I advised him to get a new job

We enjoyed our holiday at the Diagoras hotel in October. Our room was spacious with a balcony and it was kept very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The food was good with some variety, though the hot food could have been warmer. The staff were very helpful and friendly on the whole. The hotel has a good location, a short walk from the main bus routes, and the shuttle bus to Faliraki and the beach is excellent with a lovely driver. Only a few things could have been improved. There was hardly ever any hot water for our whole stay, the internet connection was very poor and the male evening receptionist was surly and unhelpful, only interested in playing on his mobile phone. Otherwise, a very good hotel and great value for money.
