Super negative experience in a facility that has remained in the Middle Ages from every point of view. Starting with the filthy rooms, full of insects and spider webs. Linen service was completely absent, as it only happened every 3/4 days. Hot water after 6:00 PM was completely absent, as reported to the staff but never resolved. Breakfast was simply disgusting; the little that was there was reheated and leftovers from the day before. Cats everywhere, even on the bar tables, unacceptable especially if someone happens to be allergic. AVOID IT, DO NOT STAY HERE, I BEG YOU.
Our overall experience at the hotel was somewhat disappointing, particularly when it came to the cleanliness and housekeeping. The room was not maintained to the standard we expected. The rubbish was not emptied on a daily basis, and fresh towels were not provided every day. In our case, the towels were only changed approximately every three days. We believe the housekeeping service could be significantly improved to provide a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests. Regarding the pools, the smaller pool was clean and well maintained, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, the larger pool appeared less clean and could have benefited from more regular maintenance. The location is another factor to consider. The hotel is situated quite far from Faliraki centre, and it takes approximately 25–30 minutes to walk there. For the first 15 minutes or so, you have to walk along the main road before reaching a proper pedestrian walkway, which is not particularly convenient or comfortable. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, we felt that the cleanliness, housekeeping, and location could be improved. We hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration, as addressing these areas would greatly improve the guest experience
Hotel? Absolutely NOT! Nonexistent cleanliness, just like the nonexistent and rude staff... Room without window screens, so you are forced to pay 8 euros for air conditioning. 15 min walk on a state road to reach Faliraki... I do not recommend it!
