Came here in August 4 adults hotel was nice, location was great, BUT being all inclusive food was ridiculous it was the same every day pizza, Bolognese or salad their was food but none with tickets to say what it was, theme nights 🤣 don’t think we seen any theme nights even though it stated it but the food was cold everyone in the hotel complained about the same thing after that the food was hot for a while, it was that bad when I took a pizza I put my finger on it to feel if it was hot or cold and it was hot so took it, Staff were all dour faced never smiled, meal times beware as you scan around for food staff run at you with their food trolleys, only happy people were the cleaners, Drinks don’t know where people get good drinks from your all inclusive you ask for vodka coke your first drink is good then it’s watered down so we ask for straight vodka and used our own juice and we made sure the staff knew that we knew their giving us crap same with cocktails they were disgusting too so we started going out to the pubs which was so much better even eating out which we did in the end, oh entertainment is ok but once the entertainment is finished no more drinks and then your chucked out for the staff to close. Weather was great it was hot. But if your disabled this hotel isn’t for you as it only has a ramp and walk in showers, no disabled access for the pool unless your like me can sit on the edge and get up.

Overall good value for money, very clean great staff glod location great fod for rating

The food was very delicious and the room was very pleasant. Evening concerts are very impressive. The downside is that you have to pay for drinks at dinner and the prices are a little steep. There is also a very nice, good worker in this restaurant named Timur. It was very nice, it was nice to meet him
