It’s a lovely hotel the views from some of the rooms are amazing the food is good got something for everyone. Rooms are good everything you need. It’s great value for money. And the hotel is lovely and clean . Location is great local to shops and local bus routes too lots of places. Lovely staff very friendly and helpful entertainment on every night and great atmosphere all round. The rooms on the back of the hotel are great but it can be noise cause the entertainment is at the back but it was okay.

Perfect location,close to loko beach,shops,rooms are very specious,amazing view from balcony,great entertainment in the evening,also great attractions every day,daily theme in the restaurant (food from different countries with some amazing entertainment during evening supper

Everything was going well, until the second day after dinner, my parents, my sister, and I started with vomiting and diarrhea; out of the 4 days of vacation, 2 days were lost, we were very sick. We arrived at the hotel perfectly and we have not eaten anywhere else since we had full board. I have read many comments and for two months now, it is something that has been happening. Many people have commented the same thing and I do not see that much of a solution has been implemented. Upon leaving the hotel, we mentioned it at the front desk and far from apologizing or saying a simple “I am sorry that you were not able to enjoy your vacation,” they told us “we will notify them to disinfect the room well,” far from worrying about our health. The hotel has not given us any compensation for the HORRIBLE days we spent at their hotel; they blame external causes when we had NOT left or eaten anything outside the hotel. We will NEVER return!
