Room was not clean, no hand soap or shower gel. Requested at reception took two hours. Aire conditioning not working and I had to wait until midnight to have it repaired. Attitude of the reception very poor. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for customer service. The pool is very small and in the centre of the sunbeds, not an ideal set up. Beach about a 20 minute walk, better off staying somewhere else for the same price.

I am 51 years old, I have traveled a lot, and it is the worst hotel I have stayed in by far. Very unwelcoming hotel, old appearance and damp. The only positive thing is that there were 3 of us and we booked the family comfort room, which is renovated and spacious. The worst part... everything else. To access the reception you have to go up one floor. The food is very, very basic and low-quality. I have been here 4 days and EVERY day there is rice and pasta for lunch and dinner, bland and uninspired. In the buffet restaurant, the tables and chairs are plastic, like those on a summer bar terrace. They clean the table with a rag and you put your silverware and plates directly on it to eat, without even putting down a simple cloth tablecloth like any restaurant/hotel, or even a paper tablecloth, to have minimal hygiene without having to eat where 200 other people do every day. It is full of older people, who I think don't even complain about anything and are fine with everything; the poor things, they deserve something better. I don't know how they managed to get a third star... 3 stars? Incredible but true. I encourage you to go for just one night/day so you can see for yourselves. Please fix this or just close that hotel, please. It is very, very tacky for a 3-star hotel in Spain.

Firstly when we arrived check in was swift and we were told our room number. The room was basic, no kettle or fridge, the beds were soooo uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible, on the upside the shower was great and the room was air conditioned. We had the all inclusive option which in hindsight was a mistake as unless you like fish as that was the staple offering, the food was mostly luke warm or cold, the options were very beige and you are literally buggered if you are a vegetarian. The all inclusive stopped service at 11pm I asked for a glass of iced water at 11.03 and they refused. I completely understand alcoholic drinks but water, come on. The same can be said for a morning coffee or tea as strictly no drinks before 10am. We are going home today and quite frankly can’t wait. We’ve been coming to Benidorm for many years and stayed in lots of different hotels we will avoid this one in the future. The entertainment, everything was catered towards the Spanish, so we all felt excluded. In the evening after dinner it would be nice to sit outside and play cards but the only area is a smallish terrace which is full of smokers. It would have been a good idea to provide a separate space for non smokers. Finally the pool, you only get 3-4 hours of sunlight in the outdoor pool and the indoor pool is not in use for 3-4 months. Thankfully the beach is relatively close.
