The hotels location is well placed for local amenities such as bus routes and local bars and restaurants I would say it is quite hilly so please be prepared to walk for some things. The rooms themselves could do with updating and more amenities or a mini fridge putting in so that water drinks or milk can be stored safely. The walls of the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything going on around you which can affect sleep.the cleanliness was second to none the bedding and rooms were cleaned every day if you wish. The service was where the downside showed unfortunately we were consistently made to feel dismissed and ignored throughout our stay. During evening entertainment we struggled to keep up with what was going on as it is in mainly Spanish and when we asked for a translation we were advised that this would be unfair to the Spanish people staying. Some of the entertainment that was on like the magic show and disco for the kids was good as the kids could watch something rather than listen other than that they had some claw games that were provided but again these broke quite frequently. We experienced numerous people jumping queues for drinks and entrance to the restaurant for food and nothing was said. The queue for food was horrendous sometimes waiting up to 40 mins to enter the majority of the time eating out due to this. The food itself was not too bad when we did eat there but did feel repetitive. Vending machines within the hotel did break quite frequently so had to keep visiting the local shops. Overall due to the way we were treated I would not recommend this hotel to British people we did not feel welcome.
I have been at Molinos for 3 days and the experience has been pleasant. The animators are very nice and fun, great with the children. As a suggestion for improvement, they should evaluate the reinforcement of staff for meals. The food is good, but the service is slow, and the staff overload is noticeable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are always fresh.
Excellent stay, all the workers are kind, Roberto is a damn legend, the master, the lifeguards are excellent, Raúl is very attentive and professional, Samira is very nice, kind, cordial and professional....but as everything cannot be perfect, the waiter who is usually inside the dining room bar is unpleasant, arrogant, treats people badly, anyway, things that are overlooked because there are more good things in this hotel... Anyway, a good place to come to enjoy and have a good time
