The hotel is very clean and comfortable but a little dated the hotel is situated on a very steep road you will need a taxi back to the hotel due to the incline the staff are totally amazing unfortunately my wife was taken ill and required to be hospitalised the help from the duty staff was amazing 5* they looked after our luggage and booked a room for a extra nights stay while my wife was in hospital a great big thanks for all the staff and even though it is up a very steep road we would not hesitate to use the hotel again

Where to start, spent one night and had to leave, arrived late and check in to hotel to find a lizard waiting for us in the room, let it slide. No air con, my fault for not checking. View from balcony, there wasn’t one. Went up to bar to have a drink and my wife’s pina colada was awful, don’t put it on the menu if you don’t know how to make it. Left for a drink in town to forget. Came back and luckily passed out. Up at 5:00 looking for new accommodation. Thought about breakfast and thought they can’t mess up toast. Turns out you can toaster broken, hot food cold. Luckily coffee machine was ok. Had coffee and bread roll and escaped. Worse 14 hours of my life, no way can this be classed as 3 stars, wouldn’t allow my pets to sleep here. Luckily booked a car so had freedom to leave

The rooms are quite run down and could definitely do with some maintenance and updating. Unfortunately, the door to our room didn’t even lock properly, which was concerning from a security point of view. The pool was extremely cold and didn’t appear particularly clean during our stay. There are also areas where the flooring is cracked and generally looking quite tired. Breakfast is provided at a different hotel rather than on-site, which isn’t particularly convenient. Overall, based on the condition of the accommodation and facilities, I personally don’t feel it offers good value for money. With some maintenance, improved cleanliness and attention to the rooms, it could be a much better experience.
