This hotel is ideally situated in a quiet area of Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. The airport is about 25 minutes away by car from the complex. There are bus stations stops right on the hotel’s doorstep. Guests may find many restaurants, cafes and bars as well as beautiful beaches at a walking distance. The outdoor pool area is perfect for the ones looking to relax and enjoy a sunny day, they can sunbathe or dive into the pool to have a refreshing swim. Visitors can enjoy the buffet service to have a complete and healthy meal. If they prefer, they can go to the bar to have a couple of drinks. The welcoming rooms decorated with light colours are equipped with all the essential amenities and cosy beds to have a pleasant comfortable stay.

If you are just passing through... or for a weekend, it's great... The room was very nice, clean, with air conditioning and a fridge that works well. What really caught our attention was a lady who was walking around with a folder, shouting and saying things like "let's see if they stop calling me and touching my d***"... besides that, she was taking food from the hot area of the buffet with her hands and started eating right there... a wonderful image, really.... The volume of the music at the pool, which is very, very neglected, was deafening; if you were thinking of taking a swim and relaxing... that's not going to happen... Anyway, some points to polish...
To highlight the tranquility, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast and dinner were good although the air conditioning does not work in the dining room. The worst thing is that there is no designated smoking area at the pool, the entire enclosure is a paradise for smokers, it is impossible to be on a lounge chair free of smoke 🚬 horrible for those of us who have respiratory insufficiency.
Bad, no, terrible. We have been here and from the first day there were cockroaches, we reported it and nothing happened. On the third day we went to have breakfast, as we were on full board, and there was no coffee with milk, and that same day at lunch we had to go eat out because there was no food left, and the final straw was on Friday when there was a breakdown in a nearby room and sewage water was coming out the door and reaching the other rooms. I mean, they don't even deserve half a star, the only positive thing is the waiters who are great, the rest is absolute trash.
