We are traveling home today, after spending a week at the Laguna Park 2. We were a bit apprehensive about the hotel, as there were loads of really bad reviews. We need not have worried, as apart from the hotel being a bit tired, and there being alot of steps, as the hotel is on a hill. we could not fault the food, the staff, especially Micheal the entertainer, who was great. Our room was clean, and clean towels and sheets every 2 days. There was plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant, and all of the meat was cooked to perfection, which is a little unusual for mass cooked food. So i personally think alot of the bad reviews are from picky eaters. So overall, for a 2 star hotel it was very good value for money, and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We had a great experience with the entertainment provided. The team was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone had a good time. The entertainment was enjoyable, well organised, and suitable for the occasion. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for fun and quality entertainment!

See people always slagging this place off, I have been coming here for years, it’s a budget hotel, but they go above and beyond to help you when you need it, I am always very happy when I stay, cleaners always regular, any maintenance that’s needed just ask and they were there within the hour. Just got home from another enjoyable stay!! See you again very soon
