We stayed this weekend, we booked full board at the basic rate, we went with my father, he was in one room and we were in another, they assigned us to the Poseidón Resort Palace with a view of the pool, we were very comfortable, the buffet was very good, everything was very well cooked and had a lot of variety. We also booked the outdoor parking, which was also good, but a negative point is that since we were leaving today with lunch, the key was deactivated at 12:00 just like the room, but we had the car in the parking lot and we had to take it out or pay another €4 to keep it inside until we finished eating, so we had to pay to be able to eat in peace. What do you think? For the 1 hour we were going to be there. On the other hand, the dining room maître d' was wonderful, super friendly, and Tomás, Elena, and Esther were very kind and nice. The best pool is the large one; the small one at the other hotel below is very difficult to enter for people with limited mobility. Otherwise, everything was good. Best regards.

I love the resort of Benidorm, been holidaying here for decades ,stayed in so many different hotels ,the choice of hotels in this resort is mind boggling,my twin brother and I chose Poseidon Hotel for a 9 day stay and I must say this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in Benidorm. Walking into this very impressive hotel I knew I would enjoy my stay here ,booked in straight away ,allocated a room on the 10th floor ,room 1003 ,room was light and airy, lots of storage space, flat screen tv with English language channels ,beds comfortable, a fridge and room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily by wonderful and cheerful staff ,we were half board, the breakfast menu was superb, chefs were funny and very talented as were the staff who cleared the plates ,a big choice of hot and cold meal options,the coffee here was absolutely top notch ,evening meal was really good, varied each night ,totally delicious, the hotel bar's were superb ,beers were always served iced cold and sparkling, the hotel swimming pool was a delight ,enjoyed a swim every day here ,location of the hotel was perfect ,close to the Old Town of Benidorm and the New Town of Benidorm but the overriding theme of what made our stay in this hotel so special were the staff ,they went above and beyond to make each guest ,not just my twin brother and I but all guests feel at home in this hotel ,we will most definitely stay in this hotel again next year when we plan our annual holiday to this most vibrant of sun drenched resorts .

The apartments itself was clean and location good. My only fault is I'm still waiting for my refund of £150. They told me the refund was done. When I checked my bank it was the opposite they actually tried to take another payment. Luckily my bank declined it. So let's see I keep sending them messages through the booking.com app. Just be careful as I see I'm not the only one that experienced this.
