Let’s start with good. The room is nice and big we had a suite, the service is horrible, the reception assistants are un polite not want to help it’s seems that they pay to us to be there.

It’s difficult to judge as it is my first visit to Bulgaria. I have a mixed impression and it may concern to a country itself not to a hotel as I have no other hotels to compare with. The hotel is new and modern, my room was spacious. But the service was average, food is not tasty for me (maybe I’m too demanding), most of stuff talked to guests as if we owe them something and they do us a favor helping us… I lacked entertainment for kids…they could make some kid’s zones at least.
