Palm experience. We were at this hotel just over a week ago.Air con and bed were great.Room was small and basic ,furniture outdated. The bathroom was small step in bath to shower.Corrison on the taps +bidet that didn't work. Really outdated room there were 2 drawers that were broken. No entertainment. Breakfast was great but being a vegetarian there wasn't much choice for the evening meal. Husband felt the meat was cheaper cuts not well cooked. Positives. It was really clean and the staff were lovely. The pool was nice so was the jacuzzi. Lovely area ,beach shops. Didn't have a problem with noise from the building site.Our room desperately needed updating.
The locatipn of hotel very good Check was smooth but mo information at all given to us Hotel very clean rooms basic small but clean towels changed and room cleaned daily fridge tv and kettle in room Food breakfast was amazing we were half board the evening meal wasnt always a great choice Pool area didnt open till 10 .00 found this quite late also despite jet washing every morning the pool area needed a good sweep also didnt feel the pool itself was as ckean as could be.the indoor pool and sauna very clean All in all good value for money just some minor details that would really y improve this hotel .
Second visit to this hotel, very clean and tidy, good food and the outside and inside pools were lovely. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the marina. The receptionists were also very helpful Thanks for a lovely break
