Located in a peaceful residential area on the North coast of the Island of Tenerife, this hotel offers its guests a complementary bus shuttle service to Puerto de la Cruz, the main attraction point, just a 10-minute drive away. Tourists who prefer to explore the area on their own can take the bus, as the public bus stop is just 50 metres from the premises. Within the complex, vacationers can take a refreshing dip in the heated fresh water pool or relax under the shady greenery in the lush garden. The fantastic nearby beaches provide more than enough excitement for a truly unforgettable stay, but the area offers a lot more to the active tourists – like walking, trekking, bowling, and a lot of sights to see.

Hotel located near Puerto de la Cruz, which requires having a car for travel. The hotel met our expectations, had an excellent quality-price ratio, it was very quiet without nighttime noise, the staff were efficient and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Since it is a studio, there are no microwaves, which would be the best utensil. The room safe is paid separately, there is no air conditioning, but it should have a fan in its absence because the nights are hot, but despite this our stay was perfect. The private parking is insufficient for the hotel's large capacity, making it almost impossible to find nearby parking if the hotel is highly occupied, since there is a sports park nearby that absorbs street parking, but despite this, we can always find parking.
The hotel is clean and the staff is impressive but the pool is awful because it has loose tiles and children can get cut, the food is horrible, I even found rotten and black tomatoes, I do not recommend it to anyone and I swear I will not return.
A bit of a dated hotel, but still well-maintained. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Beautiful pool.
