This charming complex is located in the centre of Torrevieja, just a 10-minute walk from the pleasant beaches. In the surrounding area, visitors will find many dining and entertaining venues. Links to the public transport network are about 200 m from the hotel and Alicante Airport is some 30 km away. The property has a multitude of facilities that will ensure guests are comfortable throughout their stay. To rest and relax, guests can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool or enjoy the sun sunbathing. This place should be knocked down and all the staff given lessons on how to smile and deliver a good customer experience. We were there for 4 days and not a single maid came to our room to either replace towels or give us some toilet roll. You may think am being harsh here but we were with 12 of us and we all had the same experience. Honesty I’ve been in the military for 24 years and I’ve stayed in better holes that I’ve dug myself. Such a shame really as the location of the place is ok but the overall experience of this hotel lets everything down.
Reception man very grumpy. Rooms outdated. For 2 days ok. The bed is good. Not subject to repetition.
Just back after a 2 night break, booked via edreams with flight, i was suspicious at first with the negative reviews, I thought I'd give this lovely place a chance, so glad I did, I booked a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed 2 singles or double pool view, the apartment was lovely on the top floor (3rd) overlooking the pool & harbour, i arrived around 11.30pm staff member was very helpful checking me in, the apartment was very clean with fridge small kitchen & a shower, small living area with Smart tv with Netflix etc, loved the balcony in the evenings, the price was right i really enjoyed my stay I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
