We have just come back from an 11 night stay as a family of 4. We could not fault the hotel and staff at all. From the moment we walked into the reception, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, it was clean and looked out at the waterpark with a lovely large balcony. The cleaners came in every day to clean the room and change the towels. Having two children ages 9 and 6, the slides were perfect! Lifeguards were always on top form and having fun with the kids! The food was lovely with a variety every night even after 11 nights. Snack bar by the pool and the all inclusive restaurant which we all made the most of! The cleaners did not stop, either in the rooms, reception and even round the pool!! The animation team were absolutely amazing, they gave it their all throughout the day and night. Fun games and dancing in the pool, mini disco and entertainment in the evening. The pool area opens at 9am so there’s no early morning rush for a sun bed. We got to the pool lunch times some days and still got sun beds as there is plenty! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach with lots of shops around. Overall we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and we would not hesitate to return at all. Stayed in August 2026, leaving tomorrow. Good points. Staff are friendly and do try their best. Rooms are clean Slides are good for the kids but not always open. Pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers. The entertainment team do try with the limited resources they have. Going out in lloret de mar is beautiful, the beach is great, kids preferred the beach to the hotel. Only a 5 min walk away. Bad points. Its catering options are confusing, either be all inclusive or not. You can go half board which includes dinner but you still have to pay for drinks at dinner. Snack options for all inclusive are rubbish. The main benefit for all inclusive over half board is alcohol, so if you drink a lot, go all inclusive but the price increase from half board to all inclusive is over double. You can’t use balls or inflatables in the pool, for a kid friendly hotel that’s ridiculous as there is nothing in the pool to do. The most annoying rule they have. You do get random smells of stagnant water around the pool 🤮 In the evening kids will be bored if they are over 6. Bring tablets. We had an ok times but for the price have been to far better hotels. Doubt we would come back.

I stayed at the Rosamar Garden Hotel with my son in August 2026. We were given a small but clean and cozy room (No. 222) with a large balcony. The view was partly of the street and partly of the pools. I don't understand the low ratings, as the hotel is clean, the food is good, and the pools are a paradise for kids. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to older people, but it is perfect for parents with children. The hotel is located close to the beach and the city center.

Just returned from Rosamar gardens.Good points ,great location 5 min walk from seafront .Clean rooms,comfy beds .Food was fine .All staff we encountered were extremely plesant .I personally think this hotel is for families with children up to the age of about 10/11 .Things we wernt so keen on ,the main pool looks much bigger in pictures,you couldn’t really swim in it just to busy and small ,there is a lovely indoor pool though but a bit out of the way ,as was the football pitch ,which was the main reason for my booking ,You had to leave hotel climb a steep hill and go through a car park to get to it ,obviously knowone there .Very disappointed with that to be honest.We were at the back of hotel so view was of car park ,and dustcarts picking up all the rubbish late at nite .Not the best .Getting back to pool only two slides really suitable for 14 yr old ,again pool area more suitable for younger children.Would I return ,unfortunately not as not enough for my grandson to do .I would recommend this hotel though ,to people with younger families
