Room with only drawers in the closet in the rest of the room there were none The fridge didn't cool anything The air conditioner called to fix it but it still cooled little The buffet didn't have much variety but what it had was fine Otherwise all right

The waitstaff is quite good, except for one or two girls, especially Cristian and Ana and Mari Carmen, and the housekeeper Gema was very good, she even gave me a lollipop. But the rooms leave a lot to be desired; in the first one, the mattress sagged, there was a small step to get into the shower, and I use a wheelchair, and the chair they gave me for the shower wobbled everywhere. They changed my room and it was somewhat better, but the closet made a horrible noise and there was no balcony, only a window. I did not have a very good experience; the entertainment was quite good and the reception staff was fine. As for the pool, it is small and without a lifeguard; people had to help me to then get back into my wheelchair and get my towel, so it was a total disaster. I do not recommend it at all and the drink prices are very expensive. Bad experience.

An unforgettable experience, just like the last 4 years I have been coming to this hotel. The service from all the staff is excellent and I want to make a special mention of the room attendant Melissa who took care of us on the eighth floor. Her service and professionalism have been exquisite. Always with a smile on her face and a lot of diligence and poise in her work.
