The hotel is modern and well designed, however it was built and finished by cheap labour as everything is falling apart. The rooms are a bit grubby and the cleaning staff are hopeless. It’s meant to be a 4 star hotel. The bar regularly runs out of beer/wine, the food is ok. It’s a great location for exploring the old town so if you get a cheap deal and budget to eat out lots it’s a passable 3star. You hear a lot of complaints from other guests. They could do much better

I had to solo holiday as my mum was advised not to fly due to a 90% chance of her haemorrhaging) Our airline would change the name, but side square wouldn’t. I understand that it’s the t&c’s but we had hospital letters advising my mum not to fly. I would have hoped that some compassion would have been given here but it wasn’t. I tried to change the name but the hotel advised a full new booking would have to be made. Plenty of Shops nearby. Roman ruins in walking distance. Bus to the sea offered by the hotel but if able, you could walk. Cats are cute. The staff do take care of them which is great. They like dreamies and McDonald’s chicken nuggets if you’re a cat lover. Food is catered to a Turkish pallet but hey you’re in Turkey. Plenty of fresh salad but you don’t need ten types. Room was modern and looked astically pleasing. Air con is decent too but the rooms are pretty cool anyway Pool is nice and clean Good free WiFi throughout Flies round food (and tables) should maybe be covered? I found having chips and bread and butter a lot Some dishes weren’t always labelled, the majority of main meals were (some were a complete guess!) but sauces and puddings were not. The snack meals were literally burger and buns, fries and pasta left Over from lunch. Would have been nice to have like pizzas or nuggets or something to mix it up. McDonald’s Burger King and subway very close to the hotel if you can’t find anything you like. Cleaners “make” the bed, Which is only a sheet which barely covers one person and has clearly seen better days. They Don’t move pillows or even give the under sheet a wipe/ shake down. Just fold the sheet 😂 Floors could have been swept a little more too. They fold the same towels (they were dirty) back or one time took the towels and didn’t replace them. Empty Glasses are left in the room and not taken away and also left in the hallway. I presume this was people staying there leaving them outside the room as cleaners didn’t remove them. It says water is in your room everyday, There was only one day where water was in the room fridge. Rooms were okay! Walls very thin… can hear EVERYTHING. And there was like a ventilator/ wind noise which I could hear but couldn’t figure out where it was coming Bar staff send you to different bars to get different drinks if they don’t have it. They don’t go and get it and advise you to go the other bar. You aren’t allowed inside with pool/ beach wear hence the pool bar? Some people got table service. I don’t know why, but the majority didn’t. Mainly the locals but not always, might be regulars that come back each year. Say they have beer and fizzy drinks on tap, (Pepsi. Fanta etc) but they don’t. Use cheap bottle fizzy drinks and bottles of warm beer. But there’s a lovely young man at the top bar who was very sweet! Grass around the pool could do with being cut and the ants need addressing. Phones in the rooms didn’t work Entertainment not on at night so unless you go out, the bar Closes at 10:30. Same songs play over and over in the day around the pool. Sometimes the same one song on repeat for five/ six times. Asked for a later check out they said no, it would be ten euros an hour. Thought that the least they could have done when they had my mums full monies for the holiday and she couldn’t come.

Avoid rooms are dirty not cleaned shower trap full of hair and dirt took 3 days to get cleaned shower full of lime scale smell from shower /sink was awful ,paper cups provided in room ,mini bar advertised is a fridge with two bottles of water that if it’s replenished one shower towel between two asked for another never given ,bar closed at 10.30 have to buy if you want drink that’s if the bar has not run out this happened on numerous occasions could not even get water,glasses and cups in restaurant where dirty stain on mattress protector ,toilet seat and rim filthy ,surfaces dirty had to clean on arrival,cleaners do not clean daily and when they do don’t empty bins or replenish toilet paper had to go and look for some out of cleaning trolly that was outside of room right in front of fire exit ,this is definitely not a 4 star hotel I would not even give it a one pictures say it all
