The location is excellent, not all the staff is friendly; in fact, some proved to be arrogant, like in the main dining room. The cleanliness could be better, the gym is, even if advertised, non-existent; I am attaching the photo.

I was in this hotel from 23.08 to 31.08. I give excellent ratings for the hotel grounds and infrastructure everywhere! The diet is varied and tasty, but there are problems with alcohol. Average animation: generally activities are held daily, but not as many as would be desired. Regarding the cleaning, there are downsides, as they didn't sweep the floor in our room, and when we left a tip in the form of "Alyonka," they made two small swans, but when we left a couple of bucks, nothing at all, which was disheartening. I want to specifically mention the work of the guide from "Annex" Abdullah: he is a professional in his field, he will advise and correct regarding tours and help with absolutely any questions. We stayed for two weeks and had a good time. Good food, even if repetitive. At lunch, we always went to the Memphis, where Ali, Mohamed, and Abdelrahman always made sure we didn't lack anything. Presence of vendors so insistent on the beach that in the end, we decided to use the red flag. Room ok and cleaned impeccably every day. The only downside is that all the bars close at 5 PM, except for the one at the reception, where the bartender was slow and didn't have much desire to work. Be prepared that all Italians are called mobsters, some jokingly, others less so. Hurghada City Center mall is a 10-minute walk away for a bit of shopping.
