The resort was more beautiful than i expected. The gardens where beautiful, it was very clean. The pools where ok, clean and many. But The beach Washington awfull... full of plastic bags, cups and rocks. The water was to small... The bars where ok, but The People Who Word there need to learn how to smile, and prioritate customers. The room was ok, but The furniture was old, and some broken. The bathroom was horrible... The door barelly stayed closed because some pin drooped. The button toilet to flush The water was broken. My daughter barelly could flush with to hands.... The cleaning of room was impecabile. The food.... not s-o great for me... even had some sicknes after a salad that it was a bit scketcy. The whole experience was average. I Will definetly come back to Egipt because The country is beautiful but probably in an other resort.

We stayed in a room that really needs an update, not worthy for a five star resort ... Needs painting, loose toilet seat, door to acces terrace very hard to open/close
