A wonderful place to spend a few days with the family in total tranquility, without worrying about anything (we had the all-inclusive). It is already our fourth year and our daughter spends the whole year looking forward to repeating. The entertainers are fantastic, very affectionate, and they make everything very enjoyable (Manel, Nico, Harri, María, everyone...). And, as if that were not enough, in the free F1 simulator you can have a very fun time, with a steering wheel, seat, and pedals, very cool!!

Great hotel, ridiculous ques for drinks, more staff required badly day and night.

We've just returned from a week at this hotel. It was a good experience as far as staff, facilities and food were concerned but the accommodation really does need updating. We were four in a two-bedroomed appartment which was really quite cramped. The furniture was quite shabby, light fittings broken and the sink was partially blocked. There wasn't very much room to move around as the beds were very large. There was very little surface area available - nowhere to put a suitcase to open it and then store it. However, the cleaning staff were excellent and we had fresh sheets every day. The food was excellent and very varied and the staff in the restaurant and reception were very helpful, although it was extremely noisy in the restaurant, probably due to the tiled surfaces and constant noise from the scraping of the chairs on the floor surface. I would not recommend this hotel for older people. Its very busy and noisy. My grandchildren loved all the water facilities and the varied food.
