My first impression was that the hotel looked tired, we had room 2364 which was clean on first impression, however inadequate for one adult and two 16 year old girls. We could not unpack as there was no where to place our belonging. We lived out of our suitcases for the week and it was an assault course having to step over them. My bed was an armchair which doubled down as a bed, on the last day I stripped the beds and my fold down bed which uncovered a disgusting stain which resembled blood and had very clearly been seen and covered over with a bed sheet! I have no words other than disgust. The gym is like something from the 1940’s rusty weights piled on top of each other. A weights bench when sat on the top fell of… broken equipment and the worst gym I have visited on holiday. The sunbeds!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ you have to be and down at the pool for 0730 to get a bed as they were all gone by 8am. There are no where near enough for the amount of guests and I couldn’t believe I was actually getting up this early in order to get one. You either do it or you don’t get one! The main pool - be careful of the little step up as I saw so many people trip and hurt themselves, also the ground was grubby and dirty. We enjoyed the food, plenty of variety and every night there was a different countries theme. A good variety of drinks, but often long queues and only one bar man on each bar…

Wonderful hotel and an amazing animation crew. Margherita, Alex, Danaya and Alley were fantastic, funny, hard working and a handful of the best people i have met thank you for making it a great experience. We appreciate your tough schedule and we are very grateful each one of you always having a smile on your face and making sure we had the best time with you and each other.
