On arrival, check in was quick and easy. We arrived at 2:45am and was offered, sandwiches and a drink in the reception area. We were shown to our rooms by a member of staff who was hanging around for a tip. We had 2 rooms and he was insistent on showing us around both, even though they were identical. This was irritating, especially at this time in the morning, expecting us to find our money after such a long journey. I was quite blunt and told him we didn't need anything and did not tip him. Rooms are very basic and the lighting is poor. Beds were lovely and comfy and had ample pillows. The wardrobe smelled very musty so we had to live out of the cases. The bathroom was small and tired and the toilet is oddly positioned. Toiletries were provided and were sufficient. Housekeeping was okay but on 2 occasions over 7 days, our floor wasn't cleaned and I had to ask for bath towels. The food was brilliant and there was a big variety. Bar and restaurant staff work really hard and are always smiling which is lovely to see. Andreas and his female colleague were just brilliant. The location is good and as other reviews mentioned, beach shoes are a must. Sandy Bay is a 5 min walk and is worth a visit. We always managed to get a sunbed without joining in with the reserving. The indoor pool was an absolute godsend when needing a cool down. We had a great time.

An unforgettable vacation at the Atlantica Callisto. A very beautiful hotel complex with an exceptionally good location, right by the sea with the hotel's own beach loungers on a beautiful lawn. There were several pools available, even indoor, a sauna, and massage offers. The evening entertainment was a highlight every time, and the hotel's cuisine could compete with a 5-star kitchen. Buffet, as well as live cooking, fruit, cake, ice cream, everything one could wish for. Above all, the hotel staff in the restaurant should be highlighted. Very nice people who were very attentive and quickly cleared the tables. A warm greeting again to Giota and Eleni❤️ You sweetened our stay. Thanks again for the great vacation with you!

We were guests at this property from August 15 to 27... the property is very nice, the rooms are spacious and quiet... The main pool is large, spacious, and well-organized... the property is close to the sea and also a short distance from Nissi beach, which in our opinion has the most beautiful view... for families, the property is perfect... Food in abundance and also good... Inside there are also 2 restaurants by reservation that are very, very good... if I have to find a flaw, it's that I often had to ask for towels. Bath towels... location also very convenient for going out on foot and walking around Ayia Napa.
