It’s difficult to judge as it is my first visit to Bulgaria. I have a mixed impression and it may concern to a country itself not to a hotel as I have no other hotels to compare with. The hotel is new and modern, my room was spacious. But the service was average, food is not tasty for me (maybe I’m too demanding), most of stuff talked to guests as if we owe them something and they do us a favor helping us… I lacked entertainment for kids…they could make some kid’s zones at least.

Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well looked after. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were especially impressed with the food. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes, with plenty of options for every taste. The quality was consistently good, and the choice was more than enough throughout our stay. The staff deserve a special mention – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, making it very easy to enjoy the holiday. A great place for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, tasty food, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again!

The food was excellent – fresh, tasty, and very diverse, with plenty of choices for everyone. There was a great selection of dishes, salads, fresh fruit, desserts, and different options every day, so we always had something new to try. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The service was excellent, and everyone was doing their best to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great location, spotless rooms, delicious and varied food, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel!
