Hotel is two star at best. The food was ok for all inclusive, but the staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else in the world, than this hotel. Apart from the two pool bar staff and one waitress in the main restaurant, the rest were rude and uninterested in the guests. Animation team were anything but animated, there was zero character from them and barely any interaction with guests. The pool area is nice, but the sunbed situation is the worst we have ever encountered. Most sunbeds claimed by 3am, with guests reporting their towels had been moved and some claiming they had been stolen on the last day, two families with kids had no towels on their final day by the pool. We had to repeatedly ask for clean towels and toilet paper and the cleaners did no more than a cat lick at best. The positive thing about the hotel is the rooftop restraunt with panoramic views,butcew lfts to get you there. It's about five minutes to a beautiful beach and the mains strip with plenty going on. It's a good job really because the atmosphere at this hotel in the evening was none existent. Would I go back to Sunny Beach? Possibly. Would I go back to this hotel,never,even at half the price!

A roof over your head. The pool is five sizes two small, over crowded all day. People get up at 0730 to get a sun bed. The place has no charm or atmosphere at all. Elevators struggle to cope an you have to use stairs due to the restaurant being on the top floor. Strong smell of suer in bathroom. Aircon too weak to regulate room temp, ours did not work and i har to repair the balcony door switch my self. They do the rooms at 0900 so get up!. We had a good time on sunny beach, but that is because we chose not to spend any time in the hotel other than to sleep. Breakfast was ok! Dinner not so much, we tried dinner one one time. Neighbouring hotel seem not to be so over crowded. Party in the pool every night.

How can they accommodate me in a room that no one has cleaned?

Food was excellent, we all as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids loved the food, kids section was amazing, bolognese, chicken nuggets, smiley faces, etc main sections had lasagne, bolognese, chicken korma, chicken tikka, pizza, meatballs, pork steaks, sooo many desserts, also 4 or 5 different Ice cream flavours, breakfast also lovely, bread of all types, pancakes and waffles, chocolate sauce, loads of different jams, cereal bar with loads of choice, fruit, cooked breakfast, I really find it hard how people can fault the food here... we Been coming to bulgaria for nearly 10 years and this hotel is by far the best for food we've come across... hotel staff were lovely when you actually stopped to have a conversation with them, maids were also lovely, very smiley, rooms cleaned daily, new towels etc, they did knock early but we just said can you come back later, so they started coming at 11ish, we were already by the pool by then, pool area lovely and well maintained, always looking for rubbish to remove, bathroom a little dated but the rooms are really big and clean, staff at the bar in the reception were sooo friendly, little entertainment too by pool, darts, archery and waterpolo, entertainment on night but we didn't go we venture out, hotel lobby is impressive looking up, and the restaurant is on the 11th floor and views were amazing as you can sit outside, kikki beach is a 6 min walk and has a giant inflatables with pool in the middle, 20 euro for an all day ticket, anyone worried coming,I wouldn't be, we would 100% come back to this hotel
