We are a family of 6 (4 Adults and 2 children) and had the most amazing holiday at this fantastic hotel, staying for 2 weeks at the beginning of August. Our rooms were situated opposite the Breeze Restaurant, looking down onto the Cascade pool. The evening sunsets from here were magnificent. What made the holiday so special for us all were the staff. They worked so hard and nothing was ever too much trouble. We started our day at the Breeze Restaurant, where Abdallah Mahmoud would have our table ready for us outside each morning, with water and juice already on the table. Getting around the resort, which is huge, we used the bus. Our grandson aged 8 always liked to sit in the front beside El Araby A.El Hamd, he was our favourite bus driver, especially in the evening when he would play music for us! Most days we would sit at the Point Pool, it was my 75th birthday whilst we were at the resort and the pool "Life Guards" Mina Nabil and Omar Ahmed decorated an umbrella, and sunbed for me. That evening when I got back to our room, it was decorated too! All the staff made me feel so special. Abdullah Emad and Khaled Sayed were amazing waiters too who looked after us well. This is such a special resort, so many pool options together with a huge beach frontage with a pier so it is possible to go snorkling and see the amazing fish. The hotel never felt claustrophobic as there is so much space, all the bars and rooms are air conditioned and spacious. Twice the Head of Security rescued me and got a cart to take me back to our room. Everybody we came into contact with were kind and helpful. There is really nothing negative I can say about this hotel, we hope to go back again next year.

Disappointed by the behavior of some employees. Not friendly and some unpleasant and inappropriate behavior regarding some of their clients. Indeed, I went with 2 friends of African origin and on several occasions some employees did not behave correctly toward them. Tourists should all be treated the same way regardless of their origin. Too bad because the hotel is nice
