We are extremely disappointed with our experience. After valuable jewelry disappeared from our room, the hotel management assured us that they would help and take the necessary steps. In the end, however, we were left completely on our own, with no meaningful follow-up or support. We felt that we had to deal with the situation by ourselves, even though this incident occurred within the hotel and should have been taken seriously. At the very least, we expected to be listened to, to receive clear explanations, and to see a genuine commitment from the hotel to investigate the matter. To our knowledge, only the housekeeping staff and the reception team had access to our room during our stay. Despite this, no concrete assistance was provided to help us understand what had happened. Such a situation is unacceptable. We cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables.

I had my expectations set somewhere else, so I´ll try to be diplomatic and factual. I travelled with my wife and two kids (ages 6 and 8). The accomodation in the room was a disappointment. We booked a double room with 2 extra beds, and paid more for "Superior" and Sea view. What they gave us, was a regular single room with extra beds, placed in a way that it was impossible to open the balcony door. This was on the 5th floor in block B. I tried to talk to the receptionist and was offered a room in block A for an extra fee. I was allowed to see the room, but it was basically the same, only with a nicer bathroom. Therefore I decided to not change the room and rearranged the furniture in a way so that the balcony was accessible. Otherwise, the curtains were just decoration. One drawer on the table was damaged, so it couldn't have been closed properly. One handle on the nightstand drawer was broken too. The door was broken down too - it wouldnt close unless it was locked. I told the maintenance staff when they came to fix the safe for us, and was told that they will come to fix it the next day. They never did. There were 4 of us in the room and we had only three blankets. I asked the cleaning crew to give us another and they told me they will accommodate my request. Two days nothing, only after I went to reception, they brought the fourth one. There was no window in the room - just the balcony door. There were blinds, but half of it was broken down too. I mean, if this was "Superior", then I really would not want to see the standard rooms. But I have to tell, the AC in the room was in good condition and worked well. As for the eating options, the food was good and tasty in general. There were not that many choices as when you go to, for example Turkey, but everyday I was able to choose something else. Only one day it felt weaker, but in general fine. I appreciate the Mediterranean style of kitchen and good seafood options. My kids also did not have trouble finding meals for them. Desserts were better than average. All Inclusive option. Ok, after having tried all inclusive in Turkey or Cyprus, this one felt like a cheap copy from Temu. SUGAR FREE COLA WAS NOT INCLUDED! This was one of the biggest disappointments. I understand the use of plastic cups at the pool bar - although, the staff told me they cannot tap me 0,5 l beer, but had no problem giving me 2 cups of 0,3l. But what I don't understand is serving drinks in plastic cups in the lobby bar. Beer, soft drinks, wine, spirits, everything was served in 0,3l single-use plastic cups. The only place where we could drink from glass was the restaurant. Included in the all inclusive was: beer Sokol, white and red wine, tea, coffee, some spirits - I don't remember them all, few cocktails pre-mixed in the big bowls (lobby bar), lemonade (lobby bar), posmix soft drinks claiming they were Coca cola, Fanta, Sprite (but on the machine it said NEKTAR NATURA) and then water, sparkling water, orange juice, apple juice, cherry juice. As for the amenities, the hotel has its own pool. However, the staff does not care enough about the guests following the rules. There are a whole bunch of rules for guests to follow, but no one ever came to deal with people jumping to the pool, playing with balls, or people making unfair reservations of sunbeds with towels early in the morning and then showing up for one hour a day. The beach is great and offers the possibilities to swim and to jump in the water from the molos. Sunbeds and umbrellas cost 10 euro/day each, so for two sunbeds with an umbrella you pay 30 euro a day. Of course, you don't have to use the sunbeds. From the beach, a boat sails to the city of Trogir around every hour. It costs 5 euro for an adult and 3 euro for a child one way. The hotel has a nice water playground for kids on its premises. It was one of the major perks, why we decided to give it a shot. Well, during the whole stay, the playground was closed with a sign "Warning, hyperchlorination in progress." For seven days, no staff member came there, only the last day a guy came to clean it with a high pressure cleaning device. When I asked at the reception, they told me it had broken down a couple days ago. There is also a possibility for some sports. You can play football, tennis or minigolf. However, when we wanted to play minigolf, there was no one to rent us the clubs. I asked in a tropical bar (which belongs to the hotel) at the beach and they told me to go to the reception. No problem, it's just 140 stairs up. Well, at reception they told me to go down to the tennis courts, that the guy there is responsible for minigolf too. Well guess what? There was no one at the tennis courts. Near the reception you can watch TV, play pool, darts and air hockey. Well, we wanted to try air hockey but the puck got lost and while we inserted the coin, we weren't able to play at all. At that point, I didn't even wanted to talk to anyone at the reception desk anymore, as most of the people I dealt with there seemed annoyed, bored and incompetent. The only exception was a young lady, but unfortunately I don't remember her name. Once I came to ask about the business hours of Medena Market, a shop within the hotel grounds. The guy at the reception told me he has no idea.  This was in general problem with the Croatian staff. Most of them looked annoyed when I talked to them or just passed them. The exception - staff in the restaurant and the bartender in a pool bar. This was also completely different with the asian staff - they always smiled, were eager to help and kind of saved the day for the croatians. Now, the entertainment. That was basically non-existent, but it could have been caused by the fact that we came at the end of June. On July 1st, the animation team from Slovakia started doing a great job with the kids - nice activities in the miniclub and funny minidisco. There were some animations for the adults during the day too, but nothing in the evening. Few more things. I really didn't like special treatment for the guests from France or Japan. The hotel gives the all inclusive guests wristbands with different colours, so they know where they come from. Clients from French travel agency Top of travel have reserved their own part of the restaurant and I noticed that the best tables were occasionally reserved for guests from Japan. The hotel is about 4-5 kilometers away from the city of Trogir. When I asked a taxi driver from a parked taxi about the price back to the hotel, he told me "about 20 eur." So I tried Bolt for 6.90 eur but about 10 drivers refused the ride, until the app offered me to pay 3.20 eur to make my demand a priority. When I paid that, I had a driver pick me up within 8 minutes. If I would go back to this hotel? I don't really know. Now that I know what to expect, if I went without kids and the price was right, I might.
