We stayed at Artemis as a group of three families, with a total of four apartments, and we were very satisfied with our experience, from the booking until our departure. From the time of booking, we had very good communication with the team by email. We unfortunately had to change our stay dates following the last-minute cancellation of our flights and their rescheduling. The Artemis team handled our request to change dates very easily and free of charge, with a great deal of understanding and responsiveness. The exchanges before our arrival, particularly regarding the apartments and the key pickup procedures, were always clear, fast, and efficient. Upon our arrival, we were very warmly welcomed at the reception. Check-in was initially scheduled for 2:00 PM, but our apartments were already ready before our arrival, which allowed us to settle in quickly and in very good conditions. We found that the apartments were very clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped. For my part, I had booked an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a large terrace opening directly onto the pool. The space was really pleasant and spacious enough to be comfortable as a family. The complex has 4 independent pools, which is very much appreciated: when one pool is more crowded, it is possible to enjoy another pool in the complex. Amenities, everything is provided: pots, oven, electric stovetop, glasses, cutlery, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, etc. Towels, sheets, and toilet paper were also provided. You just have to remember to possibly bring your own shampoo and shower gel. A gym is accessible for free within the complex, with very high-quality equipment. It is a real plus for those who wish to continue exercising during their vacation. At the reception, there is also an espresso machine with free capsules, as well as a vending machine for drinks and small snacks at very reasonable prices, which is convenient when you need a little something without having to leave the complex. An important point to know: the complex places great importance on quiet, respect for other residents, and cleanliness. Being several families and a fairly large group, we received a few comments regarding the noise, especially around the pools. In hindsight, this is completely understandable: it is a complex intended primarily for people who are looking for calm and tranquility. I would therefore recommend this establishment to families who wish to enjoy a relaxing environment, rather than to those who are looking for a place to party or be very noisy. The key handover system is also very convenient, especially for night arrivals or departures. Since the reception is closed, it is possible to drop the keys in a box provided for this purpose, which was particularly useful for us since we traveled at night. Also note, the electrical system works with the apartment key: when you remove the key upon leaving, the general electricity is cut off, with the exception of equipment that must remain powered, such as the refrigerator. It is a practical system for saving energy, but you just have to be careful not to leave the keys inside, because you could end up locked out. We had a very pleasant stay and we highly recommend this establishment to those looking for a clean, well-equipped, family-friendly, and above all quiet complex to fully enjoy their stay in Cyprus. Left firestick in apartment didn’t want to return it also no sleep due too noise and cleaners noise not peaceful or relaxing ! People in pools after midnight noisey children staff do not taking responsibility if leave anything in room so wouldn’t return to me ! I’ve been going Cyprus for 24 years and lived mostly there and this has never been so humiliating and loud lack of sleep etc..

We just got home after our 2nd 3-week stay in the Artemis Cynthia, and we love the place. It is clean and quiet, the apartments are large and well equipped, the air con works well when you need it, and the balcony is a lovely place to unwind or check out the views from. We will be going back again next time we are in Cyprus. The staff are all very helpful, polite and respectful. I work part time on my laptop when there, so occasionally I would get a knock at the door from the cleaning staff and would go and wait on the balcony, which they were OK with. Overall I would say the place is excellent value for money, in an excellent location, and the overall levels of service are exactly what I want. It is not like staying in a package holiday type hotel, you have space to do your own thing without the staff bothering you or trying to upsell you excursions etc. And with the 4 pools, there is always one in the sun and you can always find a quiet one should you want it. We often had a pool to ourselves, which was lovely and the pool at the front has been renovated in the last 9 months at sponme point as well which is a nice touch!
