Hotel is certainly not 4 star - room is very basic. Student accommodation comes to mind. Rooms are only cleaned after 4 days. Pillows are completely flat and extremely uncomfortable. Asked to use towels as long as possible. I think towels should be changed on a daily basis along with room clean. No information in room as per contact number for reception. Came back at 4pm after long day sightseeing to have a shower, no clean towels - came to reception and receptionist shrugged his shoulders. Waited almost an hour for towels and lady who brought them reeked of cigarette smoke. Thank goodness we are leaving tomorrow. We stayed at Grandior last Xmas which was absolutely beautiful. We only booked this hotel as it advertised a roof terrace and closer to attractions - this is also questionable. Please note prices at time were equal. If you like a clean, comfortable hotel room dont stay here.

On my first day, the shower overflowed because the drain was blocked with previous guests' hair. I had to clean out someone else’s filth with my own hands. The front desk staff didn't even bother to offer a proper apology for this disgusting situation. To make matters worse, they forced us to pay a €20 carpet cleaning fee upon check-out for the flooding caused by THEIR poor maintenance. When I demanded a refund, the manager blamed ME for not stopping the water fast enough. Unbelievable hygiene standards, atrocious customer service, and absolute shift of blame. Avoid at all costs. 한국인 여러분 절대 묵지 마세요.. 호텔 측에서 배수구 청소 안 해놔서 체크인 직후에 샤워 10분 하니까 물바다가 됐음 -> 프론트 직원 사과도 안 하고 방 바꿔줫는데 잘못 줘서 청소안된방 -> 다시 방 바꿈 -> 그이후에 우리 과실이라면서 카펫청소비 청구 -> 메일로 매니저한테 컴플레인하니까 겨우 20유로 밖에 청구안한거니까 고마워하라는 식의 적반하장식 답변 여행 내내 호텔 때문에 너무 속상했어요 ㅠㅠ 흑흑

Nice hotel. Good value. Staff are friendly and then helpful and smile. Hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Area is nice and quiet but you are only a short walk from the bustle of the city. Great choice for breakfast

Over rated ; 220$ per night- internet is @ 18th century speed; no soap in shower; hot cold water mixer needs a computer to set; The room otherwise is new clean and good looking
