Great location close to the beach. 25 minute walk or 3 minute bolt ride to the restaurants in the square. Hotel atmosphere was ok, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Had to wait a few hours to check in and we couldn't keep our accommodation on the last day so we were out of the room by 11am. Didn't fly until 9pm, shower room available (only 2 showers for each sex) and luggage storage room. Childrens pool was very noisy with very young children, roof pool very small but nice music but we couldn't stay as over 17s and we had 2 older teens just under this age so no where really to go except the beach, but it was only a 10 minute walk. Didn't eat here as we opted for self catering. Our apartment was nice once you were inside but you arent in the hotel, it is a separate block out of the back of the hotel which looks very scruffy, up 3 flights of stairs with no lift is hard going and no help up. Once inside, clean but one room had a dreadful pee smell that we did mention to the front desk on day one but nothing was done as the smell remained all our stay. We wouldn't choose to stay here again due to enjoying a self catering apartment but wanting to be part of a hotel, and of course the smell. Local restaurants up the hill were fantastic, great food and atmosphere. Bolt is cheaper than uber most of the time, €6-10 to get up on an evening.

Lovely hotel however if you book a 2 bed apartment room you are made to feel like you are in a complete different hotel you walk out of the hotel via a tunnel and half way down the street to a block of flats we was on the fourth floor with no lift. Breakfast not the best limited options Pool on the roof nice but not huge, massive wasp problem I got stung sitting by the pool.

We really enjoyed our time at Don Tonino Bar! The bartenders are fantastic and the service is always friendly, professional and welcoming. The bar is always clean, with a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention to Raj, who is a truly professional bartender and always knows how to make something delicious. 🍹 He is friendly, attentive and always makes us feel welcome. We highly recommend Don Tonino Bar — a great place to relax, enjoy a good drink and have a nice time!
